RSS 1.0 is the only version that was developed using the W3C RDF (Resource Description Framework) standard.The idea behind RDF was to help create a Semantic Web.My Windows 7 is updated properly as per Windows Update. I use this gadget a lot and would like to fix whatever is wrong.It's not like the gadget to stop updating this long. But I did examine this file, and I'm pretty sure there's no data listed in it for the feeds gadget.

Though the UAC feature has been introduced to provide better security on windows, many did not like it from an usability perspective.A few days ago I noticed that the gadget continues showing the same 100 feeds without updating to show new ones.
